The Israelites felt the same way. 

"When the Lord your God brings you into the land which you go to possess, and has cast out many nations before you, the Hittites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Canaanites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than you . . . " Deuteronomy 7:1

Re-read that. 

Yes it says that he will cast out the “ites” before you. 

Jebusite means trodden down. This tribe represents those who are depressed, overwhelmed,full of shame, beaten down, discouraged and those who feel guilt over their past. Satan roams seeking whom he may devour. Those who are weak, down-trodden will not run the race as fast as those who keep their eyes fixed on their vision. 

“For without a vision the people perish”.

Proverbs 29:18

Your calling is not just about you.  Satan knows this! This is why he tries to throw you off course. 

PUSH THROUGH. 

Your passion pivot to TAKE the land requires that you accept that it will be done in FRONT of your enemies!

“He prepares a TABLE in front of my enemies”. 

Psalm 23:5

What are your dreams?

To set people free?

To redeem the years the locust has eaten?

To encourage the abandoned or rejected?

To set up a safe haven for the list?

Embrace obstacles. 

Don’t lose sight of the fact that you may need to go through some challenges to 

get to your promised land....
